Use cold machine wash in mild detergent, about 30 degrees celsius. Try not to use bleech or strong chemicals. Try not to dry in the dryer and hang them to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Have your toenails neat, preventing from holes.

We are working hard to supply the best quality product. All products are thoroughly examined on production and before shipping. Though you come across a faulty item, follow these steps. 1. Take a photo of the faulty product, attach it to an email with description to kozzyimports@gmail.com 2. We will then review your claim. 3. The item must NOT been worn or used by any circumstances.

Ensure the order is sent out without any missing product, our handling team triple checks on the order placed. When you receive parcel(s), ensure that the packing is attached firmly and not damaged or opened. In these cases please contact the transport company soon as possible before contacting us. Even though packaging is firmly sealed, and if there is a missing item, please contact kozzysocks@korea.com with the invoice attached and we will investigate the matter.

Most of our products are manufactured using only the best quality cotton and spandex from Korea. Cotton for comfort and absorbency, spendex for perfect fit and durability. No other materials than cotton and spandex is included.
