We strive to supply the best quality products. All products are thoroughly examined during production and before shipping. If you come across a faulty item, follow these steps: 1. Take a photo of the faulty product and attach it to an email with a description to info@kozzysox.com. 2. We will review your claim. 3. The item must NOT have been worn or used under any circumstances.
We ensure that orders are sent out without any missing products; our handling team triple-checks each order. When you receive your parcel(s), ensure that the packaging is attached firmly and not damaged or opened. If the packaging is damaged, please contact the transport company as soon as possible before contacting us. If the packaging is firmly sealed and there is still a missing item, please contact info@kozzysox.com with the invoice attached, and we will investigate the matter.
